Emperor has in-house facilities in weaving-preparation, shuttleless weaving, garmenting & quilting. Emperor works with other family owned companies for yarn-dyeing and fabric finishing. Specialisation in core competencies and years of experience has given us in-depth knowledge and this has led us to produce woven home textiles, garments and yarn-dyed fabrics of the finest quality.

Products made by us are sold in some of the worlds finest and most exclusive stores. Our customers for fabric have been leading garment manufactures and international brands.

We manufacture from very small to large quantities, without compromising on quality, due to our specialised manufacturing capabilities and availability of machinery. Our total manufacturing capacity is over 2 million meters of fabrics every year. We use cotton, polyester-cotton blends, polyester-viscose blends, wool, silk, and linen.

We have a core team of well qualified people who control and oversee the entire manufacturing chain thus ensure consistency in performance and quality to the customer. The factory is fully compliant with certifications in Fair Trade USA / GOTS / OCS / GRS / Master of FLAX FIBRE / Oeko-Tex / WRAP / C–TPAT / SEDEX.
