Emperor Textiles operates a fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem. Our unique arrangement of world-class machinery allows us to deliver uncompromising quality, economy, and flexibility across weaving, dyeing, processing, and garmenting.
Weaving
Our weaving mill is equipped with 44 world-class rapier looms of varying widths, designed for speed and supreme efficiency. The presence of electronic dobbies on all looms offers unmatched design choices and flexibility in production.
The plant is fully supported by an array of warping machines, a sizing machine, and comprehensive supporting infrastructure.

Fabric Dyeing & Processing
Our processing partner utilizes state-of-the-art machinery to consistently produce fabrics of superior quality and feel. The facility applies specialized finishes, including Easy-Care, Super Soft, ETI, and Nano-Care.
- Processing Capacity: 800,000 meters per month
- Hydraulic Jiggers: Capacity to dye 2,00,000 meters economically
- Equipment: Continuous Bleaching Range, Stenter, Merceriser, Polymeriser, Sanforriser, and Calendering machines
Yarn Dyeing
With continuous upgrades to modern technologies, our yarn dyeing partner factory is equipped to handle both Vat and Reactive dyes. The plant operates with a strong commitment to the environment, utilizing zero-discharge effluent treatment.
- Production Capacity: 5.5 tonnes per day
- Flexible Lot Sizes: Ranging from 8 kg to 750 kg
- Sustainability: 100% effluent recycling via Reverse Osmosis & Multiple Effect Evaporation
Garments / Made-Ups
Our sewing division boasts extensive infrastructure distributed across 2 individual plants—one dedicated to producing home textiles and accessories, and the other focused exclusively on garment manufacturing.
